Lambertville High School

Lambertville High School is an abandoned high school located in Lambertville, New Jersey. Lambertville New Jersey, if you’re wondering, is west Jersey located a couple minutes away from New Hope, Pennsylvania.
Lambertville High School was erected in 1854 and has suffered two fires. One around 1926 and the more recent fire had occurred 1991 or 1992. The high school is a two story school with a basement. The top floor is nearly completely caved in but the other floors are easily accessible.  Many of the steps and rooms contain slight dangers. Some of the steps (especially the stair case at the back of the high school) are deteriorating and crumbling apart. There is wood, glass and rubble in about every room, and obviously the darkness is a risk as well.
This high school is said to be haunted by a football player that was killed at an away game against New Hope, Pennsylvania. If you stand on a certain staircase (I believe between the 1st and 2nd floor, but I am unsure if there are multiple stair cases) and challenge “Buck-eye” a football will fly out of now where and snap the persons neck who challenged him.
There is also a chalkboard that has drawings of children crying and burning. These chalkboards have since been destroyed.
I did get the chance to explore this place and it was very neat, but I did not experience or feel anything supernatural.  A group of friends and I decided to check this place out a few summers ago. We parked our car at a park a couple blocks away because the school is apparently located in a tourist town, so it wasn’t suspicious for us to be walking around and playing in the park past dark. We walked up a steep paved street to this large set of stairs (which were crumbling and I remember almost tripping on one), which we later realized was the back of the school. In short, we were able to walk around, but I have heard from many online sources you can be asked to leave by the police and many people go there. When we went there we were luckily the only people exploring it at the time. We explored two floors and decided not to go onto the top floor because it was collapsed in.
We heard no noises at all. Not even nature or animals. There was nothing creepy but I think it was a well worth trip, because it was a lot of fun to sneak into an abandoned school and walk around in dark eerie classrooms and challenge this “Buck-eye”.  I can’t say its haunted though, but it’s still another adventure for someone else.
Below are some pictures I found on google. I did not take these pictures, but here is a little view of what you can expect.
